Return Policy – Cazzura
We strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item in exchange for store credit, subject to the terms below.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including labels and protective covers).
- Upon approval of your return, you will receive a store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned item(s). Store credit can be redeemed on any future order at Cazzura.com.
- No money refunds will be issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact our Customer Care team at info@cazzura.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive detailed return instructions.
3. Once we have received and inspected your return, your store credit will be issued digitally within 5–7 business days.
Important Information
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., used or damaged items) may be refused.
