General Terms & Conditions – Cazzura
Article 1 – Definitions
- Cazzura: the trading name under which Cazzura, located at Oderweg 1 1043AG Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 94893683, operates.
- Customer: any natural or legal person placing an order through the Cazzura website.
- Agreement: any distance contract concluded between Cazzura and the Customer via the Cazzura webshop.
- Products: all goods offered by Cazzura.
Article 2 – Applicability
- These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order, and Agreement concluded via the Cazzura webshop.
- By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Article 3 – Offers & Prices
- All prices listed on the website are in euros, inclusive of VAT (where applicable), and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
- Cazzura reserves the right to correct errors in pricing and descriptions.
Article 4 – Orders & Agreement
- An Agreement is concluded once Cazzura confirms the Customer’s order by email.
- Cazzura reserves the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, payment issues, or limited stock availability.
Article 5 – Payment
- Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, through the payment methods provided on the website.
Article 6 – Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
- Delivery times indicated on the website are estimates only; delays do not entitle the Customer to compensation.
- The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.
Article 7 – Returns & Store Credit
- Customers may return items within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items are compensated exclusively with a Cazzura Store Credit, equal to the value of the returned item(s).
- Store Credit is issued digitally within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection, and does not expire.

The following items are excluded from returns:
a. Items not meeting the conditions stated in 7.1. - Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Cazzura is not liable for lost or delayed returns.
Article 8 – Warranty & Liability
- Cazzura guarantees that the Products conform to the Agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality and usability.
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish, inherent to natural fabrics, do not constitute defects.
- Cazzura’s liability is limited to the value of the Product concerned.
- Cazzura is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of income, consequential damages, or reputational harm.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights relating to the Cazzura brand, website content, photography, and designs remain the exclusive property of Cazzura.
- It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or otherwise use Cazzura’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
Article 10 – Force Majeure
- Cazzura shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or government measures.
Article 11 – Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law prescribes otherwise.
Article 12 – Final Provisions
- Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be declared void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
- Cazzura reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be published on the website.
