Processing & Fulfillment Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

International Shipping & Customs
We offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Cazzura is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@cazzura.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
